      Thank You!

Dear Ms. Jenalee Mollman (Director of Nursing), Dr. Moorhouse (Medical Director) & Ms. Janessa Vogel (Administrator),

This is a letter of praise for the Bismarck, North Dakota, Caring Edge Hospice Team that took care of Dad and Mom—Herb & Lorraine—while they resided at Touchmark Assisted Living (Bismarck, ND/September 2023-June 2024) and Sunset Drive Nursing Home (Mandan, ND/June-August 2024)—almost a full year. The entire hospice team—on the front lines & behind the scenes—your efforts and teamwork truly made a difference. The two individuals I worked closely with were Mrs. Samantha Stewart/ Registered Nurse and Mrs. Brynn Lang/Social Worker.

What sets this hospice program apart from others nationally is the maturity and empathy these team members provided throughout the parent/family experience. In addition, Sam and Brynn knew how to listen at different levels. They not only understood the culture of each facility, but shared strategies on how to deal with the dynamics surrounding decisions that needed to be made.

Their exceptional sense of care & experience were also strong indicators that they were not only stellar in their roles, but were individuals we could always trust. Their emotional support and advice were spot on! All details were taken care of in a timely manner—paperwork, medications, communication, etc. Along with being highly knowledgeable and dependable, these two individuals also went above and beyond to help set up facility visits, transit services, and supply deliveries. They were our angels and able to help Dad & Mom, as well as our family, at any time of day.

We highly recommend Caring Edge Hospice services to anyone who may need help with caring for a loved one. These two individuals masterfully walked us through this season using lots of common sense, humor and dignity—all skills necessary when dealing with end-of-life issues—we are very, very grateful!

      Thank you,

      Rebecca A. Hamman
