CaringEdge Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health and hospice care to patients in Casper, WY. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive and experienced team.

As an RN in home health and hospice, you will:

• Deliver one-on-one patient care in a home-based setting

• Oversee both home health and hospice care plans for aging patients

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans

• Work with an interdisciplinary team to address patient needs

• Assist patients and families in setting and achieving health goals

• Participate in the on-call rotation to support patient care

What You Will Need:

• Active RN license in good standing in Wyoming

• CPR certification (training provided if needed)

• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
