We’re searching for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and help us deliver home health and hospice care that truly makes a difference.
Our expansion and growth provide us with an opportunity for an experienced, independent, thoughtful, and committed RN to join us in the role of Clinical Supervisor.
The Clinical Supervisor will ensure that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately for both home health and hospice service lines; and that care and services are delivered appropriately. Provide supervision of clinical personnel. Support recruitment, retention, and orientation initiatives. Foster a framework that allows all team members to flourish in their field. Assist the team with the development of client-centered, individualized plan of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. Participates in public relations and community activities that promote the Organization’s role as an effective member of the health care delivery system. Drive quality improvement initiatives, safety and infection control initiatives, conduct quarterly reviews, and so much more.
What You Will Need:
- Current RN license in good standing with the State of Wyoming
- CPR certification (provided if needed)
- Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- A heart for compassionate care and a positive attitude for learning and growing
- All nursing backgrounds welcome—hospice, hospital, long-term care, or new grad!
