OneSource Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health and hospice team in Pocatello, ID. This full-time opportunity allows you to deliver one-on-one patient care in a home setting—where your clinical expertise and personal touch make all the difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes with a personalized, compassionate approach
- Utilize nursing expertise in:
- Wound care, cardiopulmonary assessments, diabetic education
- Post-surgical recovery, chronic disease management
- Medication reconciliation, comfort care, and end-of-life education for patients and families
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Manage your own flexible schedule, supported by a caring and experienced team
What You Will Need:
- Active RN license in good standing in the state of Idaho
- CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally
