We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Bismarck, ND team. Work 1:1 with patients in the comfort of their own homes, developing deeper, more meaningful relationships. As a PT in a home health setting, you’ll enjoy greater independence while practicing modern, evidence-based techniques to restore movement, function, and confidence.

What You’ll Do:
- Review physician referrals and conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient goals
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or chronic conditions
- Treat patients with diverse diagnoses: neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, oncology, chronic pain, and more
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team for coordinated, high-quality care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Document patient progress, education, and plan adjustments accurately and timely
What You Will Need:
- Current active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of North Dakota
- CPR certification (we’ll provide it if needed)
- A valid driver’s license
- A positive attitude, professional integrity, and a desire to learn and grow
