CaringEdge is a leader in home health and hospice care with over 15 years of steady growth and service excellence. Our Casper, WY location is expanding, and we’re looking for one more talented Physical Therapist (PT) to join our mission-driven team.
As a PT in the home health setting, you will enjoy more independence, autonomy, and flexibility than in traditional therapy roles. Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a diverse and rewarding geriatric patient population in the comfort of their homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, function, and independence
- Work with diagnoses such as neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, pulmonary, oncology, chronic pain, and more
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members and educate families/caregivers
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed
- Utilize evidence-based practices in a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Who You Are:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of Wyoming
- New Graduates are welcome to apply!
- CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)
- Committed to clinical growth and patient success with a positive attitude
