CaringEdge Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you will deliver individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic interventions such as exercise, massage, gait training, and balance training to enhance patient mobility and overall function. Additionally, you will assess home environments for potential hazards, recommend necessary equipment, and collaborate on comprehensive care plans that support patient independence and recovery.
Qualifications:
• Active PTA license in good standing within the state of employment
• CPR certification (provided if needed)
• Passion for learning, growth, and delivering exceptional patient care
