We are proud to offer a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position in a supportive outpatient therapy environment where you can enjoy flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and the chance to truly make a difference—one patient at a time.
What the position looks like:
As a PTA with OneSource, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT to help patients regain independence and improve function. You will treat individuals through therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait and balance training, massage, and more. You’ll assess home environments for safety, participate in care plan development, and help patients reach their rehabilitation goals.

What you will need:
- Active PTA license in good standing with the State of Idaho
- CPR certification (provided if needed)
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
