Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Full or Part-Time | Flexible Schedule
OneSource Home Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing home health team in Pocatello, ID. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, this role provides flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver one-on-one patient-centered care.
What You Will Do:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans for patients in a home-based setting
• Help patients regain mobility, independence, and functionality through evidence-based therapy
• Assess home environments to identify potential hazards and recommend modifications
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support overall patient health
• Enjoy control over your own schedule and manageable caseloads for better work-life balance
What You Will Need:
• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing in Idaho
• CPR certification (training provided if needed)
• Positive attitude with a commitment to learning and professional growth
