Marketing Coordinator – Home Health & Hospice Services

CaringEdge Health Services is expanding in Bismarck and Minot, ND, and we’re seeking a driven, creative, and experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the promotion and growth of our home health and hospice services. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in relationship-building and community engagement.
Your Role:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will:
• Create and execute strategic marketing plans to grow brand awareness and increase referrals in Bismarck and Minot
• Organize and represent CaringEdge at community events, health fairs, and other outreach opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with executive and clinical teams to tailor marketing content and messaging
• Generate leads and referrals through engaging campaigns and networking
• Serve as a trusted representative of the CaringEdge brand in the healthcare community
What You Bring:
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing (home health or hospice experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
• Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Passion for healthcare and making a difference in the community
• Willingness to travel between Bismarck and Minot as needed
• Valid driver’s license
