CaringEdge Health Services is seeking a compassionate and independent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing home health care team in Casper, WY. This full-time role offers you the freedom and flexibility to deliver high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of your patients’ homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver patient-centered care in a home setting with a focus on relationship-building and comfort
- Utilize clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, vitals monitoring, chronic disease support, and more
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive holistic, well-coordinated care
- Practice with greater autonomy and independence than in traditional care settings
- Serve a critical role in helping patients maintain their health, dignity, and independence at home
What You Will Need:
- Active LPN license in good standing in the state of Wyoming
- CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- A positive attitude and passion for professional growth and compassionate care
