Outpatient Clinic Leadership

CaringEdge Health Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join and lead our outpatient therapy clinic team in Fargo, ND. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical skills with leadership responsibilities, while making a true difference in patient lives every day.
Your Role:
As the Therapy Team Lead, you will:
• Coordinate and manage the delivery of outpatient therapy services to ensure excellence in patient care
• Monitor therapy staff productivity, utilization, and documentation standards
• Support hiring by screening, interviewing, and orienting new therapy personnel
• Mentor and supervise therapy team members, offering guidance and support for skill development and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with community partners to align therapy services with patient and facility needs
• Assign and schedule therapists based on patient referrals and needs
• Participate in case conferences, documentation reviews, and ongoing therapy program evaluations
• Maintain your own clinical caseload when necessary to support team goals
What You Will Need:
• Active PTA license (or OT/SLP/Assistant license) in good standing in North Dakota
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Experience in outpatient therapy and understanding of regulations and documentation standards
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
