Because most patients receive contact with physicians at the emergency room or local hospital, it’s our goal at CaringEdge to provide skilled medical care safely at home so that those visits can be reduced. Through diligent care coordination, we’re able to provide relief and peace of mind for our patients as well as their families and caregivers.
It’s our primary focus to provide an array of skilled services at home including the following:
- Processing home health orders for care
- Managing care coordination and medications
- Completing diagnostic tests and evaluations for durable medical equipment
- Using electronic medical records to improve timely communication
- Accessing current prescription lists and medical documentation
- Completing electronic documentation to ensure accurate adherence to physician orders and prescription changes
