I will soon celebrate my first year anniversary working for CaringEdge. This past year has been full of joy in being a part of a local team that displays such a passion every day to provide the quality of care that our community deserves as well as on a corporate level. This company truly cares about its employees and the people that we are caring for. With this company you are not just an employee, you are a valued team member. Having worked personally in healthcare for the last 25 years I feel that I have found a company that shares in my passion for helping others. I am so proud to be on this team and to work daily with individuals that show such compassion in what they do for their patients, families, team members and the community.

I have been an employee at Caring Edge Home Health since 2021. This position allows me to have a flexible schedule throughout the week, allowing time for me to lead 2 exercise classes, attend all necessary meetings while not feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I very much enjoy our team of Therapists, Nurses, and Administrators who have been very helpful along the way. I find the most rewarding part of my position are my patients. I enjoy hearing personal stories and watching their progression! I would highly recommend employment with CaringEdge Home Health!

I love working at CaringEdge because I get the opportunity to work directly with some of our most vulnerable community members and make a drastic impact on their lives, and the people who surround them. I am truly honored to be working alongside such a caring, compassionate and loving group of teammates. I LOVE what I do! I finally found my calling and I’m confident in saying I was meant to be doing exactly what I am and I couldn’t be more honored to be working with our amazing talented team at CaringEdge Bismarck. The staff at CaringEdge Bismarck truly care for each other like family. My CaringEdge family motivates me to be the best person that I can be!

I started my career with CaringEdge in April of 2019. Right out of college I was hired as an office clerk and over time promoted to office manager. I am proud to say I work for CaringEdge and am honored to still be part of the company almost four years later. They promote a great work-life balance while being incredibly flexible. Even through the difficult times of Covid-19, I was surrounded by a wonderful support system to make it through the tough days. I have made so many great memories and met some of the great people during my time at CaringEdge. I have a true sense of belonging and am forever grateful to have such a wonderful place to work. I truly feel valued and appreciated for all my hard work and I get great satisfaction in being in a role where I can make a small difference in someone’s life. The mission of providing precision senior housing and healthcare services is one of the most sacred trusts that exists in the healthcare field and based on our commitment to standards of excellence, we provide the care better than anyone else!
